SRB - I have a soft spot for her and her bitchy faces in the K&C when the scores come up.
ESP - Why My Inmortal havent been used in skating before?. It works pretty good actually. The skate was blah though
LTU - She put the Z in ladiez.
AZE- Finally!!!! Some real speed! I know patriotism is important for many but FS is a very individual sport and many girls should consider representing your friendly neighbour as an option. TO think she's actually like RUS #30.
ROU - Ohh this was great. Not in objective terms but watching Julia deliver for her own standards after so many years warms my cold heart. Her and her coach reaction were priceless.

Galustyan: Im sure she wanted to go for sharp style but it ended up being wild and not appealing. She looked great though.
Liinamae: Giver her the MESS award right now!! Major kudos to her attituted how she save face from that spin fall. I was rooting for her . Too bad.
Van Thiel: Hello Kevin!!! Nice too see you again and looking better than ever! Why trying to make your pupil a Jenna 2.0 though??
Yamada: +5 GOE in music choice! Has she grown?? SHe makes a very elegant figure on the ice. Has potential. Love the fist pumping in the K&C.
Gabryszak: First I thought "this is the chance so Galustyan could qualify " but then I felt bad cause she was actually the first to really feel and sell her program.
GJersem: My first reaction was.. "This is as if Anne-Line never left" then she started falling and bombing and though. "nah this is sooo much worse".
Gennaro: Is this the same girl that won a TTW pose award last season? Given her fame and a Shades of Grey music I was expecting her to strip mid program not this generic crap.
Brezinova: With that make up all I could think of was "This is how Michal would look if he were a drag queen". Awful music and utterly forgettable skating.
Feigin: Some quite nice choreo touches here. This was the first routine that actually had flow from beginning to end. Good work.
Grm: and its pronnounced Grum with a soft "u"!!!! So happy for her. She looked amazing and though temptative as usual her skating is now adult ladies quality. Love her.
McKay: Lovely skater but all these 3sa-2toe combos are killing me!! It made me even long for that Stasia girl to come up soon.

Lecavelier - Not bad for her current standars. 3spots for FRA? How funny that would be.
Meite - She is really into this program, that I like. If I like her skating is a different matter ??‍ 3 spots still doable.
Sofia#2 - I enjoyed that a lot. This time she was charismatic right from the start, not only after her final jump. Should lead in my opinion. Won't of course ? Not far behind. Will the miracle happen?
Paganini - Awesome. Well done. I can't wait for the FS drama for the bronze

Zarina Zagitova: The great thing about missing most of the fall season is I can be amazed by the elite skaters at their peak AND not being tired of their programs. Thank you Alina, that was awesome and it woke me up. Ouch at the scores though.
That Stasia Girl: I know I give her too much of a bad rap cause I dont like how she gets overhyped by the fed but actually she has a really sophisticated style ... when she's not bombing so hard like today. Yikes.. That said. Lindfors for Bronze and Liza for Worlds please.

@Jeschke has had a rough day. But, in true #TTW #nevergiveupfashion, ThatStasiaGirl will find her inner MishinGirl and come back in the free. A trip to Japan is gone (it pretty much was before she started), but now she just needs to focus on finishing strong.

I don't know how Mishin manages it, but teaching his skaters to control their nerves in competition is one of their major strengths. All of his skaters have pretty much managed to do that. Sometimes that's all it takes to win.
