I fear bossman has not the balls to do so :p

Maybe on a drunken night post-ladies-SP of Nebelhorn! You have to count on @levineismine to raise my level that high!

Count on the mini Oktoberfest tent in Oberstdorf where we will end up drinking with all the senior citizens :40beers:
You have to bring your lederhosen this time, no excuse

Ummm we need to talk about Aliev's free skate. So freaking gorgeous :swoon: :swoon: :swoon:

And somehow when he started popping like a Czech boy it almost added to the melancholy moodiness of the program.

Anyways, his SP is great too. I'm sure the heartbreak will be real this season. #teamlovebirds forever!

As for the ladies, not too impressed so far. I really liked the SPs of Zagitova and Med, but didn't care for any of the free skates so much. Med's music is blah and dare I say her jumps looked a bit ...labored? My highlight of the free skates was Sotskova's catsuit, which looked fabulous. Both programs are snoozy though and she really needs to ditch the tano and focus on fully rotating instead. Really was expecting more sass from Radio.

Hopefully Sima, Pogo & Leonova don't disappoint!

Also, I kinda liked Kolyada's Elvis. Cheesy AF but I bought it.

I kinda liked Kolyada's Elvis too, pinky, but Nic Nadeau he is certainly not! :gallopin1

I'm not giving a whole lot of weight to test skate performances, it's barely September, I'm hoping Radio brings the sass for the Grand Prix. Last season test skate I thought her SP was absolutely tragic but it turned out to be one of my favorites, actually.

I mean, no one else can come close to Nic Nadeau in terms of Elvis :smokin: but I still thought this was a step up from the Circus tunes he's skated to previously.

And I'm thinking Radio needs an audience to bring out the sass. I'm hoping the Beyoncé exhibition will make a reappearance this season :glamor:

Also any bets on how long these 2 programs of Tuk will last before she ditches one/both for old programs? I feel like that girl has trashed so many programs over the years that it would be weird to see her keep both for once. Sandstorm 2.0 all the way :respec:

True. She'll probably debut Sandstorm 2.0 at a B event along with Gedevanishvili, Artemieva representing AZE, Mari Vartmann + new partner debut, and Ross Miner. :p

Btw, I came out of the closet and posted this in the Russian thread. I think it is a valid point.

Worlds team, assuming no Med be Olympic champ.

1. Zagitova
2. Wide open
3. Wide open

GO ALENA!
Glorious leaders of this train we are :encore:

I'm pulling for weird. Girl's got the big mo going right now. Why jinx a good thing?! Down w/ Sandstorm 2.0! :mitchell: Come on, Tuk - don't break our hearts!! :kickass:

I'm too ashamed to say this in the Russia thread, but I am loving Tarasova/Morozov's LP!

-I think the random music cuts actually work well together. It's almost all fast, too, I hope they're training cardio hard!
-Evgenia was already selling the hell out of it most of the time. :cheer:
-LOVE Evgenia's dress (as a general rule I'm just ignoring Morozov outside the elements)
-If they have their endurance and tech down, I can see this slaying at the Olympics.

:slinkaway

They can have the silver medal. :D I'd be very happy with that if Stolbova/Klimov can't stay healthy. If they do, then T/M can have bronze.

I'm kind of surprised at the negative reaction to Rad's LP, I think it has good potential. She did 5 triples in the LP, and her overall skating looks less frantic than it has in the past.

I thought her skating looked fine jump wise. It was the program I was disappointed in.

Me approve!!:swoon:

And Peter T. is looking totally :smokin: too, even though he has lost his mind...

Everyone better get in shape. The season starts this weekend. Watching the JGP has been a good warm up, but #ttw gears up this weekend. There's at least one team member in every challenger event. Get your :wuzrobbed: :fragile: :wall: ready for action.
