Yeah, I know there’s no reason to post it in this thread , but where else? :p
Of course we are the thread most approving posing russian juniors.

Speaking of Instagram... :swoon:
First of all, I approve the photo.
Both look a hundred times hotter than on ice.
Are they a thing off ice?

Are they going for a 007 FS or was this just fun desciribing the pic?

I guess @SmallFairy might be pleased with his lil'poser IG account, nothing compared to prince egor of course, but the white shorts work in his favour

Her IG is kinda intense too, I did not expect that

Shulepov pre-wedding-photos!

Love the 2nd photo.
His caption ?

Monko senior was a goddess and more worthy of TTW than her sister. That carriage. Those lines! That inability to twizzle.
Totally agree. She would have been an awesome ice dance team member.
Coming to junior worlds as favourite and JGPF winner, having a solid CD, almost face-palming the OD twizzles, only to buttsplat the FD twizzles and handing the medal to Gorshkova/Butikov and ending with pewter.
This would have won :gallopin1-competition of the year!
Story goes on with getting 2 grand prixs, withdrawing 2 times and done.
:gallopin1 at its best.

(I really loved their 'Song of the Spirit' FD this season)

Is she... wearing a Sexy Santa costume in that first video? (I know she's not, that was just my first thought).

Shulepov madly in love these days ?

The RuFed totally used the 3rd skater as fodder so they wouldn't compete against the other two. Stasia vs,
Scherbakova and Tuk (SKAM), Sima vs Med and Trusova (Skate Canada), Sotskova vs Kostornaia and Zag (France), Sofia vs Scherbakova and Tuk China (they will eliminate either Anna or Tuk from the GPF here and poor Sofia), Stasia vs Med and Trusova Russia (same here with Trusova and Med...if Med isn't on her game, she's out) and lastly Sofia vs Kostornaia and Zag Japan. None of the 3As will directly compete against each other until a possible GPF meet up. Sigh. Maybe there will be last minute changes.

WOW... First Random Impressiones GP assignments:

MEN
Old men Brezina & Bychenko still going.
@Jeschke should be happy all his bland pretty boring canadian puppies got love.
Pulkinen jumping already?? Well , he looks senior but compared to the rest of the US field he's still waaay behind. Not sure about that. USA TBD should be Krasnozhon to lose.
Great for Shulepov finally getting out of Russia. And Dmitriev JR LMAO! RUS TBD for Erokhov perhaps?
Yamamoto!! Yay, but most of alll HAN YAN YAN HAN HAPPY VAN YAN YAN!!! :cheer2::cheer2:

LADIES
My russian prediction was spot on and it was Cinderella Gubanova and Lady in Wating Tarusina who got the door shut on their faces. Yikes.. Honestly I would have kicked out Sima instead of Nastia.
Also.. Zagitova goes twice against Kostornaya , the lesser threat of the Triple As whiile Zhenya has to face Quadsova both times. Coincidence?? I Hope so but not sure.
JPN ladies.. Honda is the fave for the TBD
KOR: I hate that both Kim and You are in the same event. They should be spread.
USA: LMAO at Cup of China with no US ladies.. Andrews surprises me. I love Cui. Hope she has a nice debut.
No Chartrand. Is she done?????

PAIRS
Nothing really exciting or intresting other than Luba making her comeback. And Sui/Han again in the GP circuit. I miss Xiaoyu Yu soo much. :(

DANCE
As usual RUS field is so lame. How did RUS manage to not invite a single US team?? If Nikita screws up this..:rolleyes:
Canadian Danes are back Yay!!!
How in hell did Chen/Sun get 2 events???
RUS TBD should be for Propova & Mozgov. The pinky fingers again must look for another fed .
So the 2 up and coming US siblings teams split adn we get half each?? I'll take it.

You know, I may not like it but If I were them I would do the same. Smart on their part if it was intentional.

I think it was absolutely intentional and I can't blame them. I'd maximize my chances at entries into the GPF as well. It was inevitable a couple of the top 7 contenders would have to compete head to head before the GPF. They're also evenly matched with the Japanese skaters with 3As in their arsenal. While I'm sad for Gubanova, I understand what they did. Buianova should have fought harder for her. :(

Looking at SB and WS lists the top screwed skaters were:

Ladies:
Yamashita (In both lists top 24 and getting only 1 :( )
Gubanova & Tarusina (no room for you!!!))

Men:
I just realised. No Grassl? Staying Junior?????
Krasnozhon & Bychenko are the only ones with guaranteed events that still got only 1.

Pairs:
This is the category most hurt by lack of entries. Lots of teams only getting 1 event. Mishina & Galiamov the major ones with a top 10 SB and only 1 event but thankfully TBD seems theirs to lose. RUS of course still somehow managed to invite Ghilardi Ambrosini :rolleyes:

Dance:
Surprisingly no one. Everyone guaranteed got 2. Which I guess explains how Chen/Sun managed their 2nd event .

UPDATE: Yamashita did get 2.. My bad. :p

Yeah I don't understand why it was Gubanova getting the Sokolova treatment instead of Sakhanovich. Nastia was top 10 at nationals while Sima didn't even qualify.. Real shame.

Mishina/Gallyamov got two events: France and Japan

I'm happy Sima got an assignment! :cheer:

Gubanova's SB was 5 points behind Sima, so this is fair. And Sakhanovich had much better programs last season. :shuffle:

Most important question, of course, is which of Samodurova, Kostornaia, or Zagitova will withdraw from NHK so Leonova gets her assignment? :glamor:

Looking at the full event rosters, Medvedeva has also been given a warning. She competes twice against Trusova and once against Kihira. Canada is quadqueen vs. 3A. The Japanese have done the same by where they've placed skaters, except Skate Canada where the 3A goes against the quadqueen.

My early predictions for the GPF? who the hell knows.

If any of them do, then Gubanova should be the one invited . That's even more fair . ;)

Chen & Sun's spot is at SA. SA probably needed a spot at COC and this was the trade. (Probably wasn't for a dance spot, though. Both the U.S. dance teams at COC had double guaranteed berths).

I'm thinking Camden. He had only one guaranteed, and this means he and Kraznozhon don't have to fight it out against each other for the host berth at SA.

Pulkinen jumping already?? Well , he looks senior but compared to the rest of the US field he's still waaay behind. Not sure about that.

He ages up.

Yeah, plus since every guaranteed dance team already got 2 events, then I guess is fair and free for all to select their political invites.
