So far I only like Adam and Joe.

Couldn't stand Kata.
Nick wasn't horrible but wasn't memorable.
Katie and Ryan are just ok. I think Katie could be better but this performance just didn't work for me. Nerves maybe?

I really liked Joe too! I don't know what to do with Kata. Katie seemed nervous and sounded off at points. Did Ryan sing Sam Smith?

And currently Tamar Davis is hurting my ears. She sounds off key in parts, or maybe it's just me.

Ryan sang Sam Smith. I think that hurt him for me because he's nowhere close to Sam Smith as a singer.

So Allison hasn't even performed yet but I already have 10 votes invested in her. I have faith.

Mary Sarah is okay, it was nice that she hit all the notes correctly. I just find her a bit snoozy and always forgettable.

Yeah, I wasn't blown away. I think she was trying too hard. She did sound in tune, which is positive.

I'm happy that the quality improved throughout the night. I'm looking forward to Adam and Pharrell's teams tomorrow night.

Team Blake: I think Adam definitely will make it through on votes. Adam is the one I see making the finale. He was my favorite from Team Blake tonight. I thought Katie was better than Mary Sarah tonight, but that Mary Sarah has been better overall during the season. Both the audience and Blake might pick Mary. I thought Joe had a good, fun performance, but I'm not sure he could get through on votes. And unless Mary Sarah goes through on votes, I don't think Blake will save him. If Adam and Mary Sarah both go through on votes, Blake might save Joe. Paxton was okay. He has a good stage presence, but I didn't love the song choice. Kinda boring and not much room for dynamics. Justin was meh. I wish Blake had given the comeback to someone better.

Team Christina: I'm guessing that it will end up being Alisan, Bryan, and Nick.

I hope that Alisan and Bryan go through on votes. I definitely thought that they were the best. Ryan did a nice job and I'm happy for him that he got another performance, but he wasn't great and he performed very early tonight. thought Ryan sang better than Nick, but I think that Nick might go through on votes. Nick has the looks and the back story. The producers definitely played up his little boy. Cute dads do well on this show. I think that's probably why Xtina brought him back, not because she thought he was the best singer that had been cut. She didn't mention his voice at all amongst the reasons for bringing him back and she didn't even say anything about his singing afterwards. Given all the talented singers that have been on Christina's team this season, it would be kind of crazy if Nick ended up in her top three, but I think that really might happen.

I was over Kata a long time ago, but I do think she did better tonight. I don't think she'll go through on votes, but I wouldn't be totally surprised if Xtina continues to keep her in the competition. They definitely don't have anyone else like her and she's good tv. But I would hope that Christina would choose Bryan if he doesn't get through on votes. I love that Andra Day song, but Tamar clearly struggled with it. This was her weakest performance. Unfortunately, it came at the wrong time. Christina mentioned that it was a challenging song and repeatedly said how joyous the performance was, but I think Tamar is toast.

I'm sure that from Team Blake, Adam will go through on votes. Beyond that, who knows? I thought Joe was by far the most interesting of the rest, but then again, country is not my thing. I did find it amusing how hard Blake was begging his people to vote for Mary Sarah after that blah performance -- she's real country, she's a hillbilly, etc. If he has to pick between Mary Sarah and Katie, based on his track record he'll go with Mary Sarah because she's younger and prettier.

From Team Christina, I think Alisan and Bryan will go through on votes, the question is will Christina pick Ryan or Tamar? Kata should be toast after that performance.

I didn't think she was shrill but I agree about Allison Iraheta's version being better. She owns that song. For me Alisan's best performance so far was The River.

I didn't think it was a particularly good night. Adam W.'s lack of enunciation kept him from being the best of the night. I love his voice but I would like to hear the lyrics.

Kata also murdered a song which an Amer Idol owns. Kelly Clarkson's version with the whistle note is (IMO) the best that song has ever been sung (including Aretha).

I really like Nick & agreed he has very much improved under Christina. But no one really blew me away. They were either awful or blah.

I think this was Lacey's best night. I still wonder if she'll get through tomorrow night. I'm still not sold on Emily Keener. I just find her dull.

Owen Danoff. Beautiful rendition, loved him.

Owen is definitely my fave. That song is the only one I'd consider purchasing tonight and last night, and I like that he doesn't always go for the big power notes.

Team Pharrell: He has the weakest team at this point.

Hannah was my favorite from his team tonight. And she's very likeable. I can't imagine her not going through on votes. If she doesn't, I think Pharrell would save her. Daniel was fine, but nothing great. But, I think he has sentimental support after the way he left before. Emily was a little better, but not great either. I think these three probably will go through.

Moushumi bored me. Caity was forgettable. I get what Pharrell said about Lacy's looks, but I agree with Blake that it's kind of cool seeing someone who looks like a pretty, girly girl do some rocking out. But I doubt Pharrell would save her.

Team Adam:

I'm sure Shalyah will go through on votes. (And I loved the skating reference from Carson) I wish XTina was still her coach. Adam doesn't really know what to do with her. I hope Adam doesn't mess this up because this girl has such raw talent as a vocalist, performer, and personality. She has real potential.

I like Laith, but I'm not sure his recent song choices showcase his voice and soulfulness the best. (Or maybe that's Adam's choices.) He would be my third choice for Team Adam, but I wouldn't be surprised if Adam went with Caroline and I couldn't say that it was a wrong choice. She has some real talent and potential and is young and cute and sweet and might get some of the tween vote.

Brian got the "nice guy" edit and did a nice job, but I don't think he'll go through on votes, and I don't think Adam will save him. Nate was rather forgettable.

There is no one on Pharrell's team that I would really want to vote for. If I had to, maybe the Indian woman and Daniel. I would like everyone on Adam's team to stay, except for Caroline and Nate.

Owen is pretty high on iTunes, so that's good. And I think Adam would put him through if he doesn't get there on votes -- he gave up Ryan for Owen in the knockouts, I think he has all his eggs in the Owen basket this season.

I'm not sure how you could tell she was good last night. All I could hear was the band. It was obnoxiously loud.

I agree Pharrell has the weakest team. I think Hannah is the best one he has (don't screw her up, Pharrell!) but the song choice didn't suit her. In fact, I think he chose badly for his whole team. I've liked Caity in the past but that was unwhelming. I don't think she'll go thru. I thought Daniel was an ok choice to bring back - next to Hannah I thought he was the best one last night from his team.

I wish Adam could keep 4 & Pharrell 2. On Adam's team I liked Laith, Owen, Shalyah, & Caroline. Laith & Owen are a must for me. Caroline should have waited a few more years. If teens watch this show she may last a while but despite her beautiful tone she sounds so young when she sings.
