I have to give this team props. If the entire ice dance field (outside of some Russians) thought I got an undeserved medal and made a petition about it and my rankings dropped to where I actually deserved, I don't know if I'd have the fortitude to keep competing...or the requisite amount of petty to want to do it.

He was one of the best male skaters of the field, because Papa Boris buys his daughter the best!

Oh yeah, 2002 Worlds. C/S somehow got a bronze medal over D/V and that seemed to be the straw that broke the camel's back. The rest of the competitors except the Russian teams signed a petition protesting that result, and Albena Denkova presented it to the ISU officials.
