Ordinarily I'd agree, but the JGP gives him a shot at international medals and junior worlds. He needs the international experience for the 2022-2023 season

Israeli men won't likely go to Nebelhorn. They already earned the Olympic spot at Worlds.
Organizers will accept not-Olympic qualifying entries only if there are less than 30 entries.
