Really? I thought they would send Mozalev to Euros at least. He has done pretty well this season. 2nd in the Team Trainwreck Olympics held at Golden Spin. The 7th place at IDF, maybe, cost him? But he was 2nd in the free there.Boss, I hate to break it to you, but RUS Fed choose Semenenko over Mosalev for Euros….
I think maybe a mistake. At the least, Mozalev could use the experience; and they could always have put Semenenko on the Olympic team anyway if it went badly. (Let's be honest, it will probably go badly. I mean, it's Europeans with Aymoz and Brezina and Rizzo and Kolyada. The team trainwreck potential--as at every other international men's event this season--is infinite).
As Mom says, "With the men, it's all starting from scratch whenever they go to a new event anyway."
Grassl is boring enough that he might be a problem.

Tuk, I'm quite proud of. Stay healthy & well trained. One ill-timed covid positive test or particularly disastrous skate at Europeans and that Olympic berth could happen. Be ready if they need you. And, regardless, this was a great sendoff from Nationals.

. Isabeau winning would not mean anything other than USFS is pushing a talented newbie, as she isn't Olympic eligible anyway. Now if Gracie had the two most unlikely skates of her life and the comeback of this new decade, that would be a spectacle. Of course, that is about as likely as Camden winning the men's event.
