Noooooooooooooooo don't add Rad. Not that I don't want her, I just don't want her to be a #TTW. I want her to win medals. But, there are just too many Russians. Too many.
 
So I vastly prefer voidy kitsch Kolyada but I still think he deserves a spot on the team.

I mean, that SP is boring, he looks skinny and uninspired, and the haircut makes him look 15, but still, he’s so good, and he keeps doing this! :wall:

Brit Eurosport kept saying that his jumps and skating was considerably better than Nathan Chen, but he lacks the mental toughness of Nathan which is kinda important. Ya think?

Also Aliev is the cutest ginger soldier ever :swoon:. He and kitty should dress up as Clara and the Nutcracker for Halloween, they’d look like a dream :glamor:

Poor Samohin. It’s gotten to the point where I just feel bad for him. He does seem to have bad luck, and then he’s a total headcase on top of it. Come on boy! Show us your trashy fun side in the FS!

Also, I’d support Orzel over Nam for the Olympics. Conrad is super cute and less boring. WTH was Nam’s music?

I have a genuine soft spot for B&S, but I have to go with the Shibs on this one. Ok, now see, right there, :drama: :revenge: could be lying in wait very shortly, or maybe sneak up in a few weeks or so - just for that little admission alone. :violin: :D

Ugh I forgot she actually medals at 4cc's all the time. It's like her only good comp all season for her. And no real heartbreaker to me, but that was just such a hot mess of a skate as was only getting your 3a and 3loop credited at US Classic.
 
Aliev - ginger soldier :D That's great @pinky166 Of course! He looked damn fine! I will only partly catch men today as I'm skating, but I must see Dima....will find the detailed time schedule!!

Kolyada I adore, but he must do something drastic soon, or he'll loose me. Either start nailing stuff, like big time, like the 4z or just go back to being totally voidy. Or post more speedo photos...

As I said, never a dull moment with Danny Salmon. Of course, he was the one with the music malfunction, what would you expect? And that outfit? Pure OES-trash-class! Love him! Hopefully he will get his act sort of together. I'm dreading that this is cutie Bychenko's last season though (probably?? Age...??) He's maybe not trainwrecky enough for the team, but he's mighty nice to have out there. Israel is keeping us happy.

D10 - being beat by Moris and Lazukin.... I'm glad @rfisher has given up on him as I can have him all to myself. That program....it's one of the best, I just love it. I will choose to ignore that he cannot jump anymore, and just enjoy the superb anything else. He's my heartbreak, that's for sure!
 
And Radio...I adore her, but come on, that score???:rofl: At least the judges can remove the component called skating skills, cause it's obviously don't relevant and the judges don't know what a deep edge are. She is (by some miracle) close to the podium, will she live or sink today? Ladies tonight, I will so be there!! Radio's dress was beauty though.

COTN keeps being hit by @alchemy void s karma of her not skating to COTN.

Schott was lovely! I really like that program. What on earth the pop was I don't know, nerves? Big occasion? Her dress was stunning too! @Jeschke you can be proud regardless. I haven't really seen her FS yet, only on a tiny screen. I'm looking forward to it tonight, though you all say it's not as good as her SP.

Tursy's mum was on her medication yesterday, but I fear some of it was given to the judges too....:watch:
 
Just watching the top three men on my phone, and I'm out again soon, but just gotta say Dima is such a worthy member:gallopin1 Rukavitsin and others gave us GIF-makers and avatar-nerds lots of gifts, and I'm just a member on the back row of the fans auxiliary after what I saw from Russia today:rofl:
 
No idea who will make the Russian men's team. With Kolyada's inconsistency, Aliev being Aliev, Lazukin with lower TES than his sweetie, Kovtun can do as well as all three, so who knows?

I still say I'd try to sneak in a couple of Eteri's junior girls doing quads for the men's comp.

Kolyada for sure if he stays healthy. He's inconsistent but his TES even with mistakes is higher than Kovtun's, Aliev's and Voronov's. And I'd say that Samarin also has a chance
Russian Nats will kill me :wall:

He may be building for years to come, or, just because he is an Olympic champion and won many gold medals does not automatically make him proficient at coaching.
