I think Liashenko more or less had the same haircut from 1994 to 2006.

I would like to think that Ruh would have fared at least somewhat better if she skated in the IJS era. At least she'd get more credit for the spins, and I feel like she would get a little more PCS bump than she did with the presentation scores.

She actually was super close to the top 10 here (factored placements) even with almost no clean content, and then she got injured after the Grand Prix the following season and showed up to one World Pro, was scored very generously, and disappeared into Instagram modeling.
