She was back on the ice this week, but meniscus injuries take time to heal.
(lots of athletes continue in spite of meniscus problems, it is a tricky thing to heal)

Did she have to have arthroscopic repair or is she trying to wait until the season is over? Even with repair the stress an ice dancer puts on the knee would be challenging. That little piece of slippery of cushion does a lot.

No operation yet, she will try to make it to the end of the season, then the specialist will decide what to do for the best.

Looking back it was kinda strange that Tiff chose to learn a little Russian before we left the UK, a sign of the future?

I'd never ever have dreamt at that point that she'd end up being a Russian citizen!
It's a shame her dad didn't live long enough to see her skate for Russia, he was in awe of the Russians!

I can still remember, him at the NRW Trophy when Tiff was skating for France.
He was so damned excited that she had made it to the final group for the FD and was skating with the "Russians" !!!
Ironically, one of the Russians in that group was Jon!

Yep. The skating skills are WEAK, I tell you. For being overscored, though, at least it's because the Brits are fun and not because of what country they represent.

American ladies To think that Japan chose Wessenberg when we could have had Yelim Kim #notoverit.

Not so great an outing for Lim. Could make her Worlds spot a bit less secure, especially since You should get one of the two.
