FTR, I think the Russian selection system is kompletely korrupt, and i reject their kriteria whatever they may be.

If I were in their place, however, I would send Konstantinova (highest-placed age-eligible competitor at Nationals), Samodurova (current European Champion), and Tuktamysheva (highest Total Score in ISU Championship or Grand Prix competition this season). I would also say that these were my reasons, since Zagitova (highest Total Score in international competition this season, second-highest-placed age-eligible competitor at Nationals, highest-placed Russian at the Grand Prix Final, and reigning Olympic Gold Medalist) arguably has a stronger claim than any one of these three.
