Perkova's scores :yikes: (((((@alchemy void )))))
While it's true that she did absolutely rock one day and splat the next, it's also true that her Free Skate score was nearly as high as her ISU Personal Best.
Rules:
1) Worlds/Olympic medalists and Euro/4CC's champions are not eligible
...
8) Membership can be cancelled due to points 1) and 2), numerous decent skates in a row or not being competitive on elite level anymore.
:COP:

Oh, I wasn't doubting her place on the team. She's a fixture. However, a 5th place does not bode well for a trip to Nationals. :(

IINM, the proper terms are "dad" and "boi." :shuffle:

Since you asked:

Criteria:
1) Skater needs a complete package to potentially be a top skater at Euros/4CC's/Worlds/Olympic level
2) Skater needs to have the ability to absolutely rock one day and splat the day after. Even better: rock and splat during one program
3) Skater is not afraid of breaking one's heart over and over again
4) Skater needs more splat/messy performances than great ones

Rules:
1) Worlds/Olympic medalists and Euro/4CC's champions are not eligible
2) Multiple Euros/4CC's medal winners are not eligible
3) Membership and changes to the Rules and Qualities shall be decided by consensus among longstanding posters in the #TeamTrainwreck Threads, subject to points 1) and 2)
4) The pinky166 is not allowed to make more than one proposal a day
5) Proposals can be submitted in the #teamtrainwreck thread
6) New membership is granted only to current skaters
7) New membership is only granted to senior skaters (at least one international senior competition)
8) Membership can be cancelled due to points 1) and 2), numerous decent skates in a row or not being competitive on elite level anymore.

Qualities:
1) Being a student of Volchkova/Rukavicin
2) Big boobs/nice ass
3) Boobs/belly/nipples showing
4) Mule kick
5) Being Uzbek/Russian
6) last name called Schott
7) Bizarre off ice incidents
8) Coach
9) Costume (-Malfunction)
10) Splats
11) Bizarre Choreo
12) Hair

:gallopin1

Brown does not meet the Criteria and is lacking in the Qualities Department, especially Quality #12. ✂

STUPID HAIRCUT!!!

Breaking anybody's heart. He does not

Huh, I guess I was the only one crying my eyes out until 4am the night of the men’s free skate at Nationals last year, asking God Almighty why oh WHY we had to send that boring kid with the underrotated quads instead of the man-bun Prince.

Above all: balls!

Oh meh, the guy has everything it takes, you’re just adamant on running your dictatorship the way you want it.

A timely reminder as to the Rules:

We operate as dictatorship by consensus while humoring da bossman. :COP: :gallopin1

@Mad for Skating, you are, of course, free to start your own dictatorship in another thread. :)

I like Jason, but the only time he should be mentioned here was when we were making fun of his velvet pyjamas costume (#velvetboy) - and this is the one and only Team Trainwreck.

Aww yes the velvet pajamas...he and Shoma can form The Society of the Plushy Pants! Not his best look tbh, but I was more worried about his triple axel during those competitions...

After Skate Canada last year, Jason was on the same plane back to the U.S.

He wore basically real pajamas on the plane & through the airport. Those of us who worry about the scary costume choices from Rohene, etc. should probably just be grateful that Jason didn't select his own costumes.

Currently very jealous of @Ka3sha's avatar. Also @Loves_Shizuka's is fabulous as well! :glamor:

And by the way, is anyone else kind of surprised Radionova hasn't withdrawn from Skate America yet? I mean, I don't want her to, but after the Russian Cup event last week, I didn't think her chances of showing up were that great...

I've been waiting & hoping to hear news that Radionova and Zagorski & Guerreiro are packing their bags for SA. (Personally, I packed mine today, and I confess that the silver lining the other day when Dabin & Gabby withdrew from SC was that the grid wasn't also updated with withdrawals for SA). Always with the Skate America after the Olympics, I try not to get my hopes up about entries until the actual event. At my first SA, I think we learned that Sasha had withdrawn the week before? And Yagudin withdrew after the SP. It taught me to just wait & see. We've seen almost everyone in the SA field compete this pre-season, though, which is a good sign.

I didn't see any word from Radionova, but as of two days ago Z/G were still planning to attend: https://www.instagram.com/p/Bo35tQ5Bez4/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1mso2dig7p4ss

Radio might go the Pogo-route of last season...
