The junior Israeli might just knock Danny off any team. He better quit surfing and trying to impress girls on the beach and focus.

That was bound to happen as soon as Mozalev got his unexepected gold. RUS fed may be fools but they are not going to let those 15 points without a 2nd event.

No, but Artur may give him his spot back even though Artur skated his SP much better than Murashov and may out total him but this is such a stacked field verses Kaunas.

I doubt that very much...

But Murashov has a 4th and Artur is sitting in 6th going against much better skaters than Murashov did so it may be hard for him to move up. I think if Artur finishes 5th or below they may give Murashov his spot back although if Artur skates his FP well and outscores Murashov, I would prefer he keeps Yerevan as he can use the experience.

He was really fine to look at but the skating... less so. And after the drunk incident all heartbreak potential was gone.
The drunk incident was the best thing about his career and the reputation of male skaters ever. No one would ever think that a male figure skater would get caught drunk driving a stolen car with a bunch of groupies with them. Lutai was a total :rockstar: doing this.

In the mind of a groupie maybe. Others perceived him as a very dumb kid doing kid stuff.

@Hanna have lots of fun representing TTW at Finlandia. That's where we met two years ago :cheer2:
I hope you'll clap your cardboard fan on time to classical music :p
Give an extra scream to BabyRizzo for me! May the mytical quad appear :cheer2:
Thanks mate! ;) Two years? Feels like it's been much longer!

Oh my god the cardboard clappies, you just reminded me. :scream: In two hours we'll see if they made an appearance this year.

And :cheer: for Rizzo!

@Ka3sha You're not coming?

No :wuzrobbed
Each year I want to come and each year something stops me
Well that sucks. After all, it's only a 3-hour train trip + visa away! Helsinki GP then?

Enjoy @Hanna :encore: Though I know it's half the fun without your embarassing husband with questionable taste and gummi bears next to you.
So jealous of the roster. Junior I got. All I gonna say :drama:
No fam present, no gummi bears.... :wuzrobbed It's not the same. Next time? And while I agree that the men's and pairs' fields are excellent, I gladly would've traded your dance field for this one. :slinkaway

I would have loved to come to Helsinki GP but it's just one week before Moscow GP and the roster is too similar
Ah, but isn't Helsinki easier to get to than Moscow? Except all the visa shite of course.

Visa is not a problem as I have a multi one, but with today's currency it's much simpler to go to Moscow.
And it takes 3-4 hours to get to bothHelsinki and Moscow, so not that much difference

Have fun @Hanna
I'm off at the cottage for a tiny holiday, will drop by to check results and reports.
Slay S/S and everybody we love! 😍

Bychenko in dead last place with 14 TES points.. Deluxe!!!
It was really a performance for the ages. Including his reactions. But I guess it would be extremely politically incorrect to label Israel as the "Trainwreck country of the season" in Mens...

They do have a pretty good junior competing this weekend.

La Tuk scoring in the 70s again.. post olympic seasons are really her thing. I think only Sotskova is an obstacle for the 3rd spot at the world team. We'll see..

The system that is now at work can prompt higher points for her as it allows to achieve more points from GOE alone. But anyway I don't mind it, I mean at least her jumps have been underscored for a while and I consider Liza undermarked in general, esp. as they were going crazy for the last 2 years for the rest.

Hongo not reaching 50 pts - japanese casualty
Pink german chick barely scoring in the 40s - non exciting discussions between boss and vice for the 2nd GER spot are coming.
BLR in the 30s - Last season her shape was :yikes:Kudos for her to keep going though.
