At Asian Trophy Artem Lezhev (the sole RUS entry) confirmed he went there by his own expenses. It seems that russian skaters not on the national team afford their senior B's competitions all on their own. So my guess would be that none of the national girls (Zag, Med, Tuk, etc) was interested in Lombardia + none of the non team girls (Mikhailova, Kitty, etc) could afford it.

I only started following challengers and Senios B's last season. besides Finlandia which had decent video quality and camerawork it was a pain and not worth it really so not sure If i'll do it again.. I like my skating on HD thank you
