If a potential measly euros medal would be criteria in here, almost the entire would have been to be removed :rofl:
Grm got kicked for not making even Euros FS again. That is too bad. Coming in Top10 at junior worlds and Top15 at his first euros are no bad results. He stays! Boss has spoken!

Slightly off-topic but the news about Jana Novotna reminded me of why we still keep faith. For non-tennis fans, Jana was an uber talented player, known for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Her most epic moment came, at the 1993 Wimbledon final where she lost to Steffi Graf after blowing a huge lead. She then proceeded to cry on the shoulder of the Duchess of a Kent. After a few years and a few other trainwrecky performances, she finally did win a Wimbledon

So Jana, you are an example of why we are supporters of TTW. Because we believe that one day, the stars will align and our faves will finally come through.

I'm glad it isn't a total loss. Sniff. If, skate gods forbid, Anna doesn't skate at Nationals, will that help Kitty any at all?

I'm a bad ttw fan but I don't believe in it, not anymore.
It just looks like that both Anna and LaTuk lost their fighting spirits, it's quite understandable considering the depth in Russian ladies, but still devastating. And honestly speaking they won't have time and opportunities to make it to other Olympics, that was their last chance :wuzrobbed
I don't think even Med, if she decides to continue, will have a chance to make it to the 2022 OG.
I'm not even heartbroken right now, just disappointed and a little bit angry :shuffle:

Probably I'm just having a bad day today :drama:
 
Plushenko always owned the ice by sheer attitude. If he can infuse that quality into his students, they'll succeed. Go Sima! You won't make the 2018 Olympics, but fight for 2022. Or Euros. Or a GP. Or, well, anything.

Criteria:
1) Skater needs a complete package to potentially be a top skater at Euros/4CC's/Worlds/Olympic level
2) Skater needs to have the ability to absolutely rock one day and splat the day after. Even better: rock and splat during one program
3) Skater is not afraid of breaking one's heart over and over again
4) Skater needs more splat/messy performances than great ones

Rules:
1) Worlds/Olympic medalists and Euro/4CC's champions are not eligible
2) Multiple Euros/4CC's medal winners are not eligible
3) Membership and changes to the Rules and Qualities shall be decided by consensus among longstanding posters in the #TeamTrainwreck Threads, subject to points 1) and 2)
4) The pinky166 is not allowed to make more than one proposal a day
5) Proposals can be submitted in the #teamtrainwreck thread
6) New membership is granted only to current skaters
7) New membership is only granted to senior skaters (at least one international senior competition)
8) Membership can be cancelled due to points 1) and 2), numerous decent skates in a row or not being competitive on elite level anymore.

Qualities:
1) Being a student of Volchkova/Rukavicin
2) Big boobs/nice ass
3) Boobs/belly/nipples showing
4) Mule kick
5) Being Uzbek/Russian
6) last name called Schott
7) Bizarre off ice incidents
8) Coach
9) Costume (-Malfunction)
10) Splats
11) Bizarre Choreo
12) Hair

It doesn't say that the skater must be a potential medalist at Worlds, 4CC's, or Euros. If it did, some of our past and present members would never have made the Team. :shuffle:

I hope she comes back but based on Skate Canada she seemed injured so it’s probably for the best that she WD. Another disaster would just make matters worse and if her back is still giving her problems I doubt she’s trained enough to hope for a good result.

Yeah maybe for Ukraine. I know people say when you switch countries you’re not as good, but some people seem to do better after switching like Moris K or Nicole Rajic. Idk. The way Russian skating is these days, I wouldn’t blame her if she wanted to switch. Or else she can just come back next season and go the Leonova route. I just hope we see her back.
 
Plushy says that he and his coaches can't go to America with Serafima. He has shows in Europe and other coaches don't have american visa :(
He's asked other Russian coaches to look after Sima.
Rukavitsin, Dudakov and Goncharenko will be at SA with their students, time to guess, who will sit with Sima in K&C :watch:

Fine but then it was silly kicking out Joshi .. even with her current stage she could still manage that "!not bad" top 15 at euros.:rofl: Such double standard.

As for Grm, she should have never ever come near the team. Everyone involved in her inclussion deserves a spank.

He's freaking 20. Too old to get married in Armenia and he can take it already.
