I'm sure this has been discussed before a million times on these threads, but has NO ONE taught Pogorilaya how to fall? Like, that's one of the ~2 things you teach in Tots 1/Basic Skills 1 - how to fall properly so you don't injure yourself.
I get she has problems due to back pain now, but no duh you have back pain if you fall like that! Like, I feel really bad for her, and I worry whenever she falls, but someone needs to intervene and make sure she knows how to fall correctly. She already has a back injury, she doesn't need to make it worse. Also, someone should remind her that it's okay (and probably best) to stop a program if you exacerbate an old injury during a program.

I’m so gutted for Pogo. I almost cried after that skate (but didn’t!!)

What the hell is going on? I know she’s undertrained and has injury issues, but that was twice as bad as her Worlds meltdown!

The really sad thing is I think the program could be absolutely stunning if she can ever recover. I love the music cuts.

It was worse than at Worlds, after her LP in Helsinki I still had a hope that she will be ok by GP series, she'll slay and qualify for Olympics no matter what, but right now that hope is gone.....

However these meltdowns are so ridiculous and epic and dramatic, at some point you have to question the coaching.
