I'm always nervous for her and DivaSusie as well. I used to watch Kwan skate by peaking through my fingers as I paced around the room. During the Sochi free skate, I jumped every jump with Adelina counting to 7 and then I started to breath again. I considered taking up free diving since I was so good at holding my breath

Well, I got it. I'm sad to admit it but I agree with you :wuzrobbed
Still hope that LaTuk will :kickass: She is from St Petersburg and Nationals will be held there, so she may get the bonus and maybe the Fed will want to please Mishin... so the hope dies last as you may see :D

:yikes: meant that I'm nervous for the Empress now

I am clueless. Who's the Empress?

And why Bychenko is all of a sudden porny?

I'm not sure If there're any skaters right now for whom I'm really nervous...
Probably Pogo and Hubbell/Donohue, their last year free skates in Helsinki affected on my nerves too badly :shuffle:

I don't think there has ever been a skater who has defined Team Trainwreck more than Elena Ilinykh - and she managed to do that without even being a member!

Hurtado/Khaliavin WD from Minsk :gallopin1
(the reason of the withdrawal is great though, Kirill should go to Madrid to get his passport :cheer:)
Where'd you see that? Just wondering because I noticed they are still on the start order.

Dying with anticpation for tomorrow. All the fields at this event are chock full of :gallopin1, :drama:, :glamor: , and :swoon: potential!

Also I am becoming very intrigued by Larkyn Austmann and may be jumping on her bandwagon by the end of the weekend (do not let me down Alaine! ), if nothing else she has been owning the catsuit during practices and looking rather regal out there. I mistook her for Pogo and Sotskova a few times which in her case is definitely a good thing!

I used to do the same with Butyrskaya in the late 90s, too. :yikes: At least Kwan barely ever fell!

My current really really nervous list:

Perkova
Pogo
Dasa
Susie/Klimov
James/Cipres
Elvis is getting there, too.

Elvis landed the 4L in practice according to Jackie Wong.

Slay Elvis!! Bring back the MEEPOTS please!

Fantastic preview! This might be the peak weekend of the #TTW season! :gallopin1

Btw you watching even practice on such a busy skating weekend schedule is kinda...insane applaudable! :D

Insane.

Now I’m trying to rearrange my schedule so I can watch some of Minsk Ice Star on Sunday. :yikes:

CS Minsk:
- Schott: making a big step towards Korea? :watch:
- Sima: being beaten by unknown russian?
- Bock: brining back Steuer-knc-drama?
- Danny_Salmon: being beaten by porny Bychenko?
- Shulepov: raising like delusional bossman hopes to?
- Pavlov: beaten puppy again?

YOU FORGOT LIL SIS!!!!! :lynch:

BLACK WOLF BLACK WOLF BLACK WOLF. :p

I fear Anna knows it's crunch time and she doesn't do well under pressure.

I fully support her representing Ukraine after this season if it means we still get to see her skate. Like I don’t care that much if she isn’t as good, she and Tsareva are nice to look at and she always brings the drama. Viva Pogo!

Katsalapov (or Viktoria, we don't have a video yet) fecked up the lift in Minsk, I Just Can't with him :wall:
Elena&Nikita were my favorite russian ice dance team in last ten/fifteen years or so (I enjoyed Domnina but wasn't like really ubering them ), I was :fragile: when they broke up but hoped that at least one of them will make it to Korea and now Elena is trying to qualify for Nationals (!!!) and Nikita obviously lost his last chance to prove something with that mistake :wall:
I mean, I know that they are lazy, don't work really hard and make stupid decisions but the heart wants what it wants :(

Sorry for posting this here but I'm just soooo :wuzrobbed and :angryfire right now

I think she's good enough. She's demonstrated that many times, and her exhibitons are brilliant. She doesn't have Radionova's competitive grit. She gets into her head too much and then it's all down hill. :( With Rad, it's her jumps and adjusting to her new grown up self. With Pogo, it's confidence and the will to fight for what she wants. I hope our fears are groundless, but I'll be very surprised if she gets bronze this weekend. :( It would take a skating miracle for her to beat Sotskova and Osmond. I just want her to beat Wagner. :shuffle:
