I had the same thoughts. I think it has to be (a), right?

Although (b) could be a possibility, he is traveling all the time. I really wonder how crucial he is to Team Tsareva considering he is out of Moscow so much. I think it's safe to say he isn't quite as dedicated as the Gauz is.

Although I'm assuming Tsareva keeps him around mostly for the eye candy factor and to do general bitchwork?
