New Amazing Race! Hopefully with stubborn animals!

God, I have missed this show. The detour options were a bit boring, but :rofl: at the firefighters a) not being able to make pancakes, b) not being able to run two steps without dropping their pancakes, and c) being so afraid of dropping their pancakes that they ever so slightly shook the pan as they ran. They've been "bottom-feeders" so far, I can't imagine them lasting too many more legs.

Mom & Daughter are such fans, I'm sure they remember when Jen (& Kisha) had to piddle and it eliminated them right before the finals.. she wasn't going to let that happen, obviously. I couldn't stop laughing at her sticking her butt in the river and taking a whiz with a boat of young guys just feet away :lol: :lol: :lol:

The Amazing Editors were at it again with the lovely montage (& music!) of people falling off the boat, unable to move their boat, and steering their boat into walls, bushes, trees, and other various objects/shrubbery. :P

Keith & Whitney were so invisible on Survivor that I had no idea what their personalities really were like. He's a bit of a jerk. They can go home at any time. If they are feeling the need to cross-cast from other TV shows there were plenty of other options that would have been more acceptable. Then again, there are plenty who could have been worse (Brenchel, for instance).

Loved the montage - especially how they placed it after one of the racers asked "Am I the only one who fell out of the boat?"

At least Brenchel had some personality so you could remember them (and love to hate them).

:lol: at some teams having to deal with animals in 2 tasks this leg. I can't believe Tim & TeJay thought a (literal) clothes-line would keep the sheep in place. :P

Where are all the roadblocks this season? :confused:
 
We needed an injection of animals and jumping sheep and sassy ponies were fun.

loved to see the beautiful islands!!

Mr. Dentist really needs to be taken down a peg or two, he is all kinds of arrogant, although I don't mind Mrs. Dentist.
 
Loved the sheep and the ponies! Not sure which task I would have picked between the fire and the peat because that peat gathering looked hard, but I would have wanted to see the ponies! :lol:

Still hate Team Dentist.

I wonder how far behind the Firemen were after going the wrong direction. Probably for the better because I don't think he would have made it much longer on that ankle. That looked painful! :eek:
 
Wonderful stage! Loved, loved, loved the sheep. I also had no idea they jumped like that! Soooo cute. Beautiful scenery and a man in a puffin suit. What's not to like.
 
I enjoyed this episode. I just wanted to watch the sheep running and leaping more. They are so cute! :D

:rolleyes: at He-Dentist and his constant yammering about being the best. Yuck! I hope producers are gleefully gathering up all of these boasts to play as a montage when they hopefully come in dead last on two legs. :lol: at Phil talking about She-Dentist's smile, it is quite blinding.

I still really like the surfers. They are a cute couple. :)

either they got tired or wanted to get away from the crazy folks chasing them! I could watch sheep jumping all day.

Actually, sheep and goats don't like noise. They wouldn't have jumped around if the two people were quiet and moved slowly. They'd have just gone straight in the pens. :lol: Of course, it made for more drama when the people shouted and waved their arms around like idiots. I liked the ponies better.
 
So Mr. I got the the highest score ever on the MCAT didn't know Scandinavian capital?

And is "this a different country?" Was that the wrestlers?

ITA with all except that I would dump Mama. I hate passive aggressive crap like that. Yell at each other if you must, but get over it.
 
Damn. Was so hoping they would have to give up that 'save' card but then realized about half way thru that tonight was probably a NEL night. :mad:

On the restaurant detour, could you recite one item and get it checked off, then go back and memorize #2 come recite it, etc., or did you have to run thru all 4 items in one order? I would have never been able to make it thru that if you had to recite all 4 orders in one take. Two maybe, not 4. :shuffle:
 
The wrestlers did better than I expected! He-wrestler cracked me up, the way he was reciting the sandwich ingredients. :lol:

The Dentists (especially him) still scare me with their smiles. :scream:
 
I thought it was brilliant of the bikers to take extra supplies along so they could fix the cake en route, if necessary.
 
The dentists did look bad this episode. It's almost as if producers kept asking them questions like, "who do you think the most dominant team is?" throughout their hour-long interview and then edited down that hour to less than a minute with the footage that made them look the worst. Wouldn't be weird if reality TV worked that way?? :eek:
