Certainly one of the better music choices for the Latin rhythm.

I personally feel like people are already a bit too hung up on whether it's fully "Latin" or not. It can be the most Latin theme in the world and still be a big huge miss... right? Wait to see the programs before getting your future arguments for this season prepared?

I definitely don't think that'll be the case here though because this style of dance/their music is really great for Madison's expression.

I'm really they have this opportunity. It's great for U.S. ice dancers to get endorsements like this and Chock/Bates have worked so hard that it's nice to see they are getting some rewards out of it.

I'm sooooo nervous, anxious, excited for their season debut tomorrow! Feels like we have waited forever to see them skate. I hope their programs are in A+ shape and they can make a big statement with their scores like the other top US teams have so far.

I went searching for any clips of COC practices on YouTube even though it is mostly likely that YT wouldn't have ANY COC practice clips. I didn't find any, but I found this preview of the opening minute of their SD at Novi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCxKKsWFcmA

I really like their SD music choices as they're going for an authentic and coherent take on the Latin SD at least with the music. As to whether you'll like their FD music choices, it depends on how you feel about John Lennon's "Imagine" and covers of "Imagine".

Per their social media, they worked with Christopher Dean on at least one of their programs. So hopefully, their programs don't look 'typical'. I like their SD music, not real high on Imagine, but I'm keeping an open mind until I see the actual program. Only 1 more day!

I don't think there's any more doubt that they're romantically involved, if there was any. They're really cute together and they look at each other in a way where you can tell how highly one thinks of the other.
