Fun fact: The ice dance team that won Chinese nationals in 2010 skated--over the course of their career--a Rednex OD, a Cats FD, and a "Hava Nagila" FD! I don't know why they weren't at these Olympics, but they had a pretty boring House of Flying Daggers OD that season so I'm fine with the Greek costume horror.

It's like a Project Runway challenge where someone was taken to a fancy restaurant in Kyiv and told to use all the decor and TABLESCAPES to make a set of outfits.

Hasn't been officially announced, but Piper Gilles said in an interview a few months that she understood it was going to be a reprise of the Midnight Blues/hip hop theme from 16/17; the junior RD pattern is going to be the Maple Leaf March, which is why Gilles and co. have been involved in discussions around the theme.
