This thread has inspired me to review my dreadful pictures from 2009 TEB and I must say that we were deprived that some people did not make it to Vancouver. In addition to V/M doing Flamenco and the Trashy American concepts, there were knee high magenta boot covers (Gorshkova and Butikov, I believe?); Rubleva learning her lesson from 2009 Euros with her entire upper body covered, knee-high fuzzy boots and a fuzzy headpiece; Brent Bommentre in an extremely tacky "Amazonian" costume; and Zoe Blanc in some preposterous getup complete with either a Breton or a medieval headdress. Honestly if Sinead and John had done the Scottish OD my brain would have exploded. It was the best of times.

Don't know what all the cheering is about. To me that was a bit of a dog's breakfast. The skating was slow and not fluid and the concept did not hold together - imho
