I may or may not have downloaded Steamroller today. :shuffle: So good! While this is nowhere close to Nadeau, it’s really growing on me.

Yup. I don’t like the program but he looked damn fine, and at the end of the day, that’s the most important thing!

My personal highlights:
- Kolyada making GPF :kickass:
I'm super happy for him and that awesome skate in the SP even if I don't like his programs this year (I must admit that his LP is growing on me with every skate though ).
- Han Yan :encore:
He is just :swoon: . I event don't care for his hair , even is it's :yikes:
- I like Zagitova , I'm really happy with her victory here :respec:I know all her weaknesses but still I enjoy her skating jumps and spins. The fact that most of her jumps in the free really hit those music accents is just :encore:She isn't my favourite Russian made but I' ll be glad if she makes to the Olympics and slays there
- #teamHiguchi I'm :saint:
- Radio actually slayed! That was her best perfomance in last few years, imo. We may laugh about Titanic and Jotem but Little Rosa has grown up and she is so much more mature now. And strictly beautiful :smokin:
- Loved Marín today :swoon:
- LaTuk :glamor:

A great event overall, kudos to all :respec: (with the exception of Javi :saint: )
 
Now that he's abandoned Russian kitsch, I rather like Kolyada. :shuffle:

Here's hoping he renders himself ineligible for Team membership with another medal at Euros. :saint:
 
Weekend absence....

CoC-Misha won!!! Really!! So hopefully he's on route to not joining the team, what was my wish all along, BUT that sp might be the only time ever be lands that lutz....He's too adorable and skates to beautifully to ever be consistent, we all know there's a pattern there:gallopin1

Haven't watched all the men as the videos was blocked on my phone, but Javi's programs are meh! SP meh, LP could be great, but he indulges into The unreachable dream and stays there for half/rest of the program. Zzzzzz

Tanaka so cute. Max looks fiiiiine, as always. But no one looks finer than Gabi and Guillaume. Sigh. That masterpiece. Watched it several times. There's a new G&G in town. And they're already legend!

Japanese ladies keeps being screwed, story of my life. Wakaba is queen:glamor:she owns it. Revenge will come, this is just a stupid GP anyway :p Mai and Marin are a delight. Their edges is what this is about.

Little Rose medaled! So happy for her, her face when she realized was priceless. She digs them jumps out, getting her consistency back. She must take some epic program advices from Perkova, as I feel she has lost the groove. The FS is forgettable really...

LaTuk's technique is stellar. But she needs epic too! Be fierce girl!

Daleman needs to bring cobra back, that Gladiator snuff is an insult to Lisa Gerrard!!! Zzzzzz

Sui/Han were magic. I can maybe even forgive them Turandot, as its so clearly a tribute to Shen/Zhao. The outfits and all. And they chose a few cuts that are not overused. The sp is :smokin:again!
Best fans and KnC: Spring onion. Spring onion in the KnC. I thought I'd seen it all when the woman next to us at worlds '99 threw Laurent Tobel a huge carrot. (But then, of course, I once threw Stanick Jeannette a pumpkin where you could take the top off and store things inside...)
 
Went to Plushenko's jubilee show today, not the very best one but I saw a lot of our trainwrecks, past and present :)

Matriusheva/Gavrin :swoon:
Her posture, lines and spirals are to die for

Sakhanovich skated her FP with almost all jump passes and spins. Landed everything but landings weren't great

Biryukova took part in the show as well , skated in few group numbers

Adelina's skating :swoon:
She didn't do jumps or spins but that was the most memorable number of the entire show. Such a pity that she's *retired* right after Olympics.. :wuzrobbed

Zagitova seems to be making no apologies for being a sexy 15 year old :eek: but I kind of like it, honestly. She owns it.
 
Also @Jeschke Zagitova is from Udmurtia the same region as Tuk. I think the monster jumps and boobs go hand in hand. I think Zags will continue to slay for years to come, I just hope she gives up the pretty ballerina thing sooner as opposed to later. I prefer her fierce exhibition persona :drama: :glamor:

There was some bantering from Adelina this summer that she wants to try her chances in this Olympic season but everyone here knew it was BS. Just a way to fuel her ego, so she keeps (some) of them in hopeful suspense. :glamor:

If there was any doubt that Daniil Gleikhengauz will win the minion title this year:
He choreographed Zagitova's EX program (to "Afro Blue" but he says that it's "Priestess of Fire" :) ) as they wanted to show that she is able to skate to different music. They wanted to make a sexy but not a vulgar program, he adds that they have to thank Eteri for that as she knows how to show woman's sexuality :p
