Knierim & Frazier: What a debut!! I will miss hottie Chris but I love a better team coming from the ashes of two so so previous pairings.
Caing & Leduc: I was also confused by their marks.
Calalng & Johson: Nice fight.
Kayne & O'Shea : yikes
Tran: 2012 seems so long ago now.

Best Dressed: Tarah
Do-Hard: Johnsooon

Im still not recovered from finding out we're stuck with a redux of last year's RD theme with so many music that made my ears bleed. But the Finnstep pattern is a real treat and I understand the circunstances so OK.

Pate/Bye: Hes cute but that was subpar.
McNamara /New Guy: Worst timing to begin from scratch.
Green / Parsons: I still miss both previous sibling teams but she's a future star.
PomPoms: Solid, the best I've enjoyed them.
Hawayek & Baker: I just realised the worst thing about K&C with masks is not being able to appreciate Kaitlin's bitchface smile when she sees the scores. however they were pretty good today.
Hubbell & Donohue: Those twizzles were so fast compared to the rest.

Best Dressed: Hubbell
Do-Hard: Hawayek.
 
This has probably been shared here a thousand times but I just stumbled with this almost an hour yt video of Rukavicin boys gliding, being yelled on ice, and training off ice on small shorts ..... Enjoy!

That's on a par with having a skater you care about kicked off the Team for being "too bad." 😟

Still, if skaters choose to compete while too seriously injured to skate well....

Mozalev competed 2 JGPs (1st in both), the Warsaw Cup (1st), the JGP Final (2nd), Russian Senior Nationals (5th), the Youth Olympics (2nd), Russian Junior Nationals (3rd) and Jr. Worlds (1st) last season. That is a picture of reliability even though he wasn't perfect at Russian Senior nationals. Having one so-so competition per season is hardly a trainwreck.

I seem to recall they were constantly skating in rags, or some crazy neon colour...

Although I was in the audience when they missed that lift in 2019 and actually screamed "Oh my God" and loved the high drama of it all, aren't they disqualified because they won 4cc's one year and medaled another year? Or because they were both Olympic years they don't count?
