I love the clip posted. So many great details :swoon: Maybe he got lucky and found Averbukh in the same mood as when he did Makarova's Maria & the violin string.

Our boy gets choreo by Averbukh and not Glinka? Pah! :drama:

Aside from Med's 9/11 program, I like Averbukh's choreography. :shuffle: The LP he did for Med last season was sooo much better than Dannyboi's Anna Karenina.

Our boy gets choreo by Averbukh and not Glinka? Pah! :drama:

Clearly. Glinka is saving her most innovative choreography for Leonova. :cheer:

Shame on me, I did miss the clip somehow this afternoon :gallopin1
I agree, I really like what I see, I love that opening sequence.

Maybe he got lucky and found Averbukh in the same mood as when he did Makarova's Maria & the violin string.
Don't get my hopes up too high :drama:
But thanks for mentioning MATVS, it has been a while. So good. So much. Those were the days :swoon:

1) Worlds/Olympic medalists and Euro/4CC's champions are not eligible
Rules question: does the Team Event count :drama: :)

Perkova is going to have to win a bunch of B comps in order to support herself.
Most of them pay nothing, and even making the CS "podium" isn't that lucrative.

Aaron should have waited and stay for one more season
But he already wore tights ;)

So now, Javier has no business retiring then either! :smokin:
But he may come back for one more Euros title, so he'd *better* be wearing tights.

The entire IG of Murashov is insane.
Someone is campaigning hard.
Orzel better holds on to his watchlist spot.

No. :COP:

Performances in the Team Event may, however, be considered with respect to the "numerous decent skates in a row" and even the "not competitive on elite level anymore" clauses in Rule #8:

8) Membership can be cancelled due to points 1) and 2), numerous decent skates in a row or not being competitive on elite level anymore.

Meltdowns, malfunctions, and melodrama are, of course, as welcome during the Team Event as in the Individual Events themselves.

To remain @Vagabond 's heart rate intact (and because Adoniev is not available for an introduction ballad) Yan remains off the team for now. I might change my mind if he wins GP and fails to qualify for 4CC's FS afterwards :P

Any chance of Ruben joining the team?
Criteria:
1) Skater needs a complete package to potentially be a top skater at Euros/4CC's/Worlds/Olympic level
2) Skater needs to have the ability to absolutely rock one day and splat the day after. Even better: rock and splat during one program
3) Skater is not afraid of breaking one's heart over and over again
4) Skater needs more splat/messy performances than great ones
The heart in question is not Mari Vartmann's. :COP:

No idea how this idea comes into my mind, but here's bossman's delusional comeback wishlist.

1) Mukhortova
Yes, she is the one I need back the most. The drama folks. :drama:
2) Vartmann
Quelle surprise :nopryde:
3) Martiusheva
This cannot have been all :drama: Good lord, how much I loved that FS.
4) Maxwell
This needs no explanation. She has fooled us so long, there has to be a comeback, somehow, someday.
5) Sotnikova
Just for the drama itself.

Honorable mention to Obertas/Slavnov, who were done way too eary.

I want to point out, that I made peace with Biryukova, TM1 and Miki's retirement.:drama:
