It's going to be a sad farewell for Kostner and maybe Marchei/Hotarek as well. I'm not sure of their plans, but Anna wants to move on so I guess we see if Ondrej is through competing also. I'm hoping they can medal (I'd even sacrifice the Empress in this case because I also want Tarasova/ Morozov to medal to make sure Russia has a spot for Susie next year!). I hope this is an Italian love fest. I'll be eating pasta for every event.
I'm kind of hoping some of the Olympic medalists need to rest up before making $$$$ touring and open up a couple of spots. I wouldn't be sad if one of the Russians were replaced with Konstantinova (not that I'm a big fan) just because Russia might, just might think she should skip junior worlds and Gubanova would get the spot.
As for Brown, I'd rather Ross had the chance, especially given that Rippon didn't do any better at the Os than he would have.
But, it's a new quad and we'll be losing members (sorry Boss, but Bob has left the building) and gaining new. Dust off the seats on the train and let's start it rolling again.
