Just caught up with the reunion and I think Rupaul came off a bigger C*** than the vixen, and that really takes some doing. Really Rupaul, you're going to wheel out the if I can pull myself up by my bootstraps then the Vixen can? Is his next stop to join the current administration in the white house?

This episode was easily the worst of the lot, at this point i'm watching because its so close to the end it doesn't make sense to stop but i'm seriously questioning whether i'd watch another serious of this garbage.

All stars might draw me in but at this point Rupaul's Jesus complex is making my blood pressure soar and i'm not sure i'm up for another season of that.

I agree that the series is getting tired. They really need to change things up more than just modifying the walls of the workroom. The challenges this season were lame and it was probably the worst Snatch Game of all. I know the show has always been extremely low-budget and some challenges cater solely to RuPaul’s itunes sales or YouTube views, but at this point there should be something more exciting. I also don’t get how these girls are told in advance which looks they need to prepare (I’m guessing the challenge description is vague but enough) and we have the train wrecks or confusion every. single. season. I think it’s only getting worse. The challenges each season are always extremely similar in nature. If you want to be on the show, do your homework prior. It’s there for you to use.

I’ll watch season 11 because the drag queen from my hometown and bar that I worked at (who has achieved just about every other title/form of recognition possible) has been MIA for the last month and it’s a sure sign that she’s part of the next cast.

I enjoyed the Reunion show. I only had an issue with Vixen. She's taken responsibility for her actions and how she deals with it.

I like all of the final 4 contestants. I would be happy with Eureka or Aquaria winning. They both are young queens who have the individuality to be superstars. The show has not seen the likes of the talent and creative vision for these two queens. We've had runway queens - Raja, Violet, Sasha and others. But Aquaria's beauty and fashion forward looks are just crazy good for someone that freaky young. Her runway looks put her in the categories of the likes if Raja, Violet Eureka's talent to be funny and her acting chops were incredible this season. Most of her runway looks have been very good throughout the season.

What I'll remember about this season mostly will the runway looks. The creativity with the execution of the looks all season was incredible. Asia has given us some incredible looks. Dare I say some iconic looks. Eureka's looks were incredible the majority of the time as was the case with Kameron.

The looks from the Reunion show were excellent- My favorites were Kameron, Eureka, Yuhua, Dusty, Asia and Ms Vanessa Vanjie Mateo who had my favorite look.

I will continue to watch because 1. I come from a time when Uncle Arthur was all we had as gay characters on tv, and he wasn’t even gay! And 2. The queens themselves are still fun to watch.

Yeah, it’s a typical reality tv show and all the scripted bs that comes along with that, so it is getting a bit repetitive or stale, and yeah, ru has totally shown herself up to be a see you next Tuesday this season, but I’m not ready to throw the baby out with the bath water just yet, even if the shark has indeed been jumped.

I also want to point out as well that despite my total frustration with Rupaul, I think the show itself has taken off in such a major way that it was brought drag back into the mainstream bigtime.

5/6 years ago there was only one drag show in Manchester by a really old drag queen who does has done the exact same show in the exact same costumes for the last 20 years lip synching to the same old tunes. Since then the demand has gone up and there are several different drag shows a week in Manchester with queens coming up from London every week on rotation to do shows which always include new material.

Also backing what Charlie Hides said on the show in his season, queens here all sing live and don't lip synch which I personally find more enjoyable. I get that there's an art to lip synching and the ones that do are by far and away better dancers than the live singing queens here, but I enjoy the live singing more than the lip synch numbers.

I never "got" Dusty. All her looks are ugly on purpose. I just don't get it.

I used to say that about Trixie Mattel until I saw her do a make-up tutorial. Then I really appreciated her look. While I didn't think Dusty was the best queen, I personally really liked them, particularly after their story about their family. Seems to be just a very nice person.

The person whose I thought had the loveliest overall look was Blair. I really love that 60s aesthetic. And done up looked gorgeous.

I am actually not fussed about who wins.

Am I the only one who was let down by the final results?

Why though? I prefered Mz Cracker over all of them but as the final 3, Aquaria easily was the best.

Eureka uses the same exact gimmicks in every single routine and takes 20 seconds to get up from all the attempted splits and death drops. And sorry, but those basic costume and wig reveals are old news by now and too expected.

Kameron was great in her first lip sync but she looked like a dear in the headlights for the first half of Bang Bang. She also for whatever reason seemed to be only looking to the top rows of the audience and not down at Rupaul or anyone in the lower half of the theater.

Aquaria had the ‘look’ all season and we never got the chance to see her lip sync. She has so many tricks up her sleeve and I though she was the clear winner.

Eureka would have been an extremely disappointing winner. I know a lot of fans want to see a ‘big girl’ win but don’t despair and mark my words now- Nina West will go very far in season 11 and maybe even be a favorite to win the whole thing.

I was referring to the season as a whole. I wanted Mz Cracker to win, also. After she was eliminated I kind of checked out. Part of my problem (personal, I know) is that I didn't really like any of the final 3, either.

As much as I was not a fan of Aquaria, she really killed it in the lipsynch. Based on that was the deserved winner.

The butterflies were just weird.

Finally got a minute to watch the finale

My thoughts:
- where was Tammy? Bad blood or just scheduling conflict?
- I’m part of the problem  my attitude has gotten so “this show was cool until lame people discovered it. Now it’s one big comporate event aboard a cruise ship” Success has made a failure of my show :p I’ll still watch though, because wow, vh1, ru etc aside the true heart and success of the show is the queens
- Bebe Zahara Passé.
- of all the lurks, only monique got a gay gasp from me. The lurks weren’t bad but they just... overproduced?
- I did love cracker’s lurk though even if it wasn’t gay gasp worthy. I’d been spoiled on fashion photo ruvu where they have a habit of regularly booting her to my dismay. She seems to be the one queen the public gets even if wow and ru can’t see what we see.
- Monet x for the win. Love
- ru stfu with your mommy daddy issues. How many times do we have to rehash the rundown of who’s accepted by their birth parents, who’s rejected by them, who lost them young etc. I guess you have to now try to edjamacate the straight people in suburbia who now watch the show so they’ll have a come to drag Jesus moment and stop throwing their own kids out into the street but for me zzzzz
- this lip sync battle extravaganza has already played itself out.. too many gags, stunts and splits It’s like the music doesn’t even matter. Those were 3 of the worst shows I’ve ever seen
- and exhibit A is the camera pan in as those poor butterflies gasped their dying breaths. Wtf is this, insect snuff porn
- loved sash’s eve lurk
- say what you will about aquaria, but at the end of the day, bitch won the final lip sync hands down no contest.

Will need to watch it back, but weren't the rules stated that the big wheel was to be spun twice to determine who would face off in the lip synch? It was a surprise to me that Kameron got to pick her opponent. That is a big prize, plus major shade on the person she chose. I am not surprised she chose Asia, though.

Have there been any interviews with Asia to ask wtf she was trying to say with the butterfly performance art? She knew the songs were going to be Nasty and If! My take-away is that she wanted to lose, but what was she trying to do say with the butterfly boobs. If you love something, let it go?

Kameron def sensed that she was out of her league when Aquaria took the stage. Kameron looked so distracted, like she was going to cry. So much for lip synch "assassin."

I think Tammie was in Australia doing a show with Trixie. I did like the rest of the season 1 reunion and how they were incorporated into the show.

Those lip syncs were a mess with everyone trying to out-reveal each other. If I didn’t like and feel bad for Asia I would go on and on about that butterfly mess.

Finale taping spoilers:

Asia vs. Kameron first battle - Asia had some big reveal with butterflies that went wrong so Kameron won and advanced to the final. Asia was devastated and apparently her whole number looks odd since no one knew what was supposed to happen.

Eureka vs. Aquaria - from every report I’ve read, Eureka won this one pretty soundly but Rupaul decided to advance both ladies to the final.

In the final, apparently Aquaria had the biggest gimmick and also taped her winning moment last, so I’m guessing she’s the winner, especially because Rupaul wanted her there in the first place.
well this was all pretty much spot on except for the “Eureka vs. Aquaria - from every report I’ve read, Eureka won this one pretty soundly but Rupaul decided to advance both ladies to the final. “ part. Aquaria’s reveals were lame but she danced the shit out of that song. Eureka had like 50+ reveals but pretty much barely danced or moved. This isn’t reveal for your life. I could see this as a tie.

If anyone can explain what any of the 101 outfit reveals going on had to do with any of the songs, I’ll start my own butterfly refuge!
It’s like the tano jump of drag

I don't think so. I didn't pay attention to Carson's spiel about the rules since I figured they were the same as last year. And last year, the same thing happened. The person who the wheel landed on picked their opponent and then the opponent chose the box for the song.

Yeah, I'm relieved that Eureka was in no way robbed. I wrote above how the whole costume and wig reveals are expected now and if you do them so casually, there's no point.

Wtf is wrong with people. I can’t believe someone once tried to burn Asia alive as a kid. I mean I believe it, but wtf who does that. And then to threaten to burn her alive now just because she had an opinion you didn’t like. Wtf. What is wrong with the world

 this was exactly what I thought! What the hell did the butterflies have to do with either song anyway? Maybe she thought the song was That's The Way Love Goes and was trying to re-enact the moth to the flame? Even if the butterflies had mostly lived and flown away she just stood on the stage po-faced unscrewing her boobs and wrist for the whole song. Charlie Hides moved more when he was eliminated!

- loved sash’s eve lurk
Agreed - she looked amazing and reminded me of the Diva from the Fifth Element.

- say what you will about aquaria, but at the end of the day, bitch won the final lip sync hands down no contest.

Yes she absolutely won both Lip Synchs no question. Eureka couldn't hold her own with any of them and Kameron did exactly the same frantic hairography for both numbers regardless of how different the songs were. Aquaria is the only one who actually performed differently to both songs.
