Exactly. Even now, many people believe that she was not sick at all. That she just had plastic surgery, that’s why she looks great. And she should be ashamed of deceiving everyone. But many people are also sure that Kate is dying. She has lost a lot of weight, she can barely stand and walk. The Crown should be ashamed of taking advantage of a terminally ill woman.
