I am so very far behind with my viewing. I've only seen three nominees so far ("tick tick Boom," "Cyrano," and "Being the Ricardos"). So, may the best films win, I guess. ¯\(ツ)

I don’t like them cutting categories, I used to discover so much because of all the categories and clips.

I haven’t seen everything but I’m really not as passionate about what I did see as in previous years. CODA sounds like something I would love I just haven’t seen it yet.

I saw CODA and thought it was only ok. Nice movie but not really award worthy.
There are a lot of movies nominated that makes me wonder what the heck. I saw Parasite and it was just okay, but somehow it won Best Picture.

Seeing Rosie Perez made me think of three of my teen movie idols, Christian Slater, Marisa Tomei and Rosie. Now I need to go rewatch “Untamed Heart” and they need to get back together and make a better movie.

I really like this Encanto song and cannot wait to see how many programs we get to it next season. After that, no more.

Ok genuinely, I have this problem every year, but if they're going to have music at the Oscars they need sound people who can grasp the concept of audio balancing so that it doesn't drown out the people talking.

I’ve seen all the nominees in that category except for 1 and I agree Encanto was the best of the ones I saw.
I was split between it and The Mitchells vs the Machines. I was definitely leaning towards Encanto though.
