Be careful what you wish for. They could just cut the number of entries to 4 warmup groups and voila, everyone makes the free.

I don't put this past them, but I think they like having "qualifying for the next segment" to give drama to preliminary rounds of sports.

I hate the way this is going. I wanted all 3 teams without Qs to qualify. I'm nervous for Ana & Luke now. Maybe if I stop rooting for them they'll do well

I pretty much wanted them all to qualify.

I'm a bit behind on the thread because I'm at robotics, but I am for N/M. I want them to qualify, but I don't want the skating that would lead to that.

I do think the dutch still have a chance.

Of all the pair elements, it also has the lowest likeliest of being genuinely interesting when executed well.

ChtWoz - 3tw - nice; SBS 3t - landed again! Throw 3s - looked like it may have been 2-footed; SBS spins - nice spacing & pretty decent unison; lift - very nice; BIDS - good; step seq - very nice.

And another team with their best SP of the season! This is going to be SOOOO close to see who makes the FS - and, no lie, all these teams sitting on the bubble with 63-64-ish scores are really deserving!

I think the are a good example of one greatly benefiting from doing the team event - even if it was just for the short.

I love watching pairs because I’m not invested in anybody.

Same. Pairs is my least favorite discipline and I refuse to uber pairs skaters. So it's definitely the least stressful for me to watch.
