IHi everyone
I'm all set for a great 3 days. The timing of the events is FANTASTIC for those of us on Atlantic Standard Time. No crazy early mornings and all done by 5pm every day. It's going to be fun .... kind of like a mini-vacation at home.

I don't see any reason why we need to limit it to Seniors - especially since Saturday's schedule starts with the Sr Women FS and is followed by three Jr free events, then the last two Sr free events.

The throw Sal really was more of an 'assisted lift' into the jump and her doing all the work, don't think it was rotated.

BODS looked sketchy from the start, not sure they even got the 1 full revolution.

Think this Canadian team has developed more of the “pairness” than the Japanese—more unison and interaction in the choreography

Not sure they should end with side-by-side spins, not their strongest element

Trying to save battery (five-plus year old iPhone, and my five-plus year old charging brick died), but need to comment that asking junior pairs to do a BODS is cruel and unusual punishment. For them and the audience. Did either of the first two pairs get any credit for it?

Spin unison isn’t much better. I’d like to see a basic spin required, no levels, and judged only on unison.

Julia and Simon getting a few calls but, overall, not a bad skate for them. Aww .... the double axel got a q .... I thought it was clean in real time. Juniors are def having probs with the BODS.
