I looked this up yesterday but IIRC,

Peals, Fradji/Fourneaux, Wolfkostin/Tsarevski (again), and Grimm/Savitskiiy have to move up next season. Tali/Lafornara could stay (because she was the one aging out after last season and it was the lady’s age rule that changed). Pidgaina/Koval need to stay junior as she’s too young to move up.

That's presuming Italy qualifies a 2nd spot. At this point, unless TaLafor move up this season and qualify for the FD at Worlds, it may be a stretch to think Italy will have a 2nd spot in Milano-Cortina.
