Danny O'Shea is such a good partner. No shade to Chelsea Liu because I thought she was great too, but my eye was definitely drawn to him.
Same! I'm not sure why I didn't notice it when he skated with Tarah but he really is such a good partner. She hit some beautiful positions in the lifts and the twist was great. She had trouble with the throws (2-footed one in the SP and FS each, doubled, IIRC, the other in the FS) so there's work to be done but impressive for such a short time together.Danny O'Shea is such a good partner. Just lost her edge on the 3T runout and fell. It looked solid and I thought she had it until she didn't. Gorgeous program from her.Starr's going to try 3F+3T in her "At Last" SP.
Coding error, perhaps? The required RD patterns have definitely moved on.Reading the protocols - seems like all the dance teams were using last season's programs still? Tea Time Foxtrot pattern for the juniors and Finnstep for the seniors.
Where are you seeing the scores? I couldn't find them.
Sonia Baram is competing in the Novice Ladies event at LA Open and won the SP yesterday, landing 3S+2T, 3Lo & 2A cleanly - link to her protocol: https://ijs.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/nonqual_results/2021/30042/SEGM024.htmlI really liked Baram/Tioumentsev's SP. I hope it's not an injury issue!
