Overall - I have a feeling german fed is praying for Joti coming back next season with Lil'Sis 3
K/N - I am such a sucker for 'Danse mon Esmeralda' (look @Hanna , I have some taste after all :p); they last 2minutes were way better than at nebelhorn, where they scratched over the ice, unfortunately this was partly very wobbly today. Koch bitchface knc I approve :respec:
M/D - Dieck is such a diva :rofl: They are the best german team right now, but clean skates are very rarely :shuffle: 0-2 in head-to-head with Mari's man :watch:
P/M - We were robbed of bellyslide:mitchell: I knew Krylova would kick that sooner or later :rofl: Puh, Betty is such a butcher on the ice (sorry @shah ) his miming in the last minute :scream:

I have previously nominated her for the Team. Perhaps it's time to revisit the matter. :shuffle:

At the very least, she should be on the :gallopin1-POTS long list for that Free Skate.

3F+3T, 1Z, 2A<+2T, 2A+2T, 3Z (hard splat), 2T* (splat), 2S :gallopin1

Difficult entries :respec:, exquisite footwork :swoon:, and who else could intepret these lyrics so well?

Meh. Even as an American she has never brought any heartbreak to me. She has never actually pulled it all together, so we just assume her potential is high. She does look like Zhang-Hochsteins's sister so there is that.

LOLLL..... I was just gonna say no heartbreak... at all! Too introverted for me to have any emotions for her. I forget about her every year and then when I see her on a GP roster I have to stop and think why. Even at US Nationals she doesn't engage me.

If I were gonna nominate an American of her tier it would be Courtney Hicks...boobs/ass, bad falls, very frantic, the ability to get a medal at NHK and then come in last at the next event....more of a heart break.

Criteria:
1) Skater needs a complete package to potentially be a top skater at Euros/4CC's/Worlds/Olympic level
2) Skater needs to have the ability to absolutely rock one day and splat the day after. Even better: rock and splat during one program
3) Skater is not afraid of breaking one's heart over and over again
4) Skater needs more splat/messy performances than great ones

There is no requirement that the skater ever pull it all together. Rocking and splatting in the same program, program after program, competition after competition, season after season, will suffice. :gallopin1

ANL, if Courtney Hicks breaks your heart and Mikhail Kolyada and Angela Wang do not, you might consider consulting a good cardiologist. :shuffle:

Regardless, that FS was worthy of :gallopin1-POTS consideration. :HA!:

Well at least I know Courtney is there, alive and bulldozing through her programs. She ticks all 4 of your criteria. Courteny has potential of medaling at 4CC and Nats and she certainly has medaled at GP # 1 and flatlined at GP # 2. And she has more splat performances than great ones. With Angela I have to Google her every year... I cant remember any programs nor performances.. And she aint gonna medal at any Worlds, 4 CC or GP event. I agree with @Cleo1782 0% heartbreak.

Kolyada I just cant (lol, as bossman says)... skating to Elvis and such. something only my great great great great great grandparents would have considered. This year its the most ultimate warhorse of all time. No breaking my heart at all.

Probably wont consult a cardiologist but I have pharmacist #1 on speed dial and back up pharmacist available on Holidays.

Good morning (?) everyone! I haven't been able to watch a single thing yet?But now I'm on the train back to Oslo, I'll stay for 7,5 hours, but the train has wifi and I have my phone :D Guess what I'll be up to!!!!

Loooove that my girl Kaori pulled up! Will 2 and 3 be good enough for the final?

Guarise looks mighty fine on the photos.

Can't wait for men later!!!!!
 
About Kolyada on the train...he's been in discussion earlier, but
1.He's got too many Euro medals
2.He's not really that heartbreaking at the moment, just a headcase. I'm quite fond of him, but he needs the right programs to really draw me back in after that cho-cho-disaster.
 
Me myself was kinda :gallopin1 yesterday. I botched the combo that I always land in practice and got the loop (second jump) downgraded (1loop downgrade, not much points) and then I tripped in the choreo seq and got a -3 across the boards :lol: But after that the solo loop turned out really well and got the best GOE of all elements. I mean, the loop!? Splat, then rock. I was third still, we were only four I my class all together.

KAORI WAS SO GOOD! I almost teared up watching! She has a good shot at the final, we will have to wait and see though.

Guarise. Always. Looks. Good. lol my mom couldn’t stop talking about da booty during the SP ?
