So Wheaton appears to have @14 teams signed up for the Chesapeake Open; but not Cesanek & Usanov. Anyone know if they are still there and/or skating and/or healthy? It's very early in the season; but since their club is bringing so many teams, I'm curious.

I'm kind of assuming Soldatova & Soldatov are done as they didn't attend Nationals last year and aren't listed for this either. If that assumption is wrong, I'd be happy to know as well.

I will start a new U.S. Dance thread for 2018-19 with the entries (eventually) ...

ETA:

Senior/Junior/Novice/Intermediate/Juvenile dance teams registered for the 2018 Chesapeake Open are listed in the newly created competition thread in the 2018-19 Kiss & Cry section (currently open to all): https://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/threads/2018-chesapeake-open-june-20-23-incl-dance.103992/

Cross-posting from the Scandinavian news thread:
This April 20 news item [on Swedish skating fed.] says Anna Pettersson & TJ Carey, 9th in Novice Dance at 2018 U.S. Nationals, will represent Sweden as a junior team starting in the 2018-19 season. In April, they participated in the 10th ISU ice dance development training seminar in Oberstdorf GER: http://www.svenskkonstakning.se/Nyh...nsparpaplatsiobersdorfpaisudevelopmentproject

I read on Goldenskate that Carreira/Ponomarenko are definitely moving up to senior this coming season. Anybody hear anything else about that?

Not sure what this means... clip of Eliana Pogrebinsky skating with Arnaud Caffa (who I think is French). https://www.instagram.com/p/BjxIjDQFVaz/?taken-by=elliana_pogrebinsky

Hmmm, they look good together in this clip. Cool if Elliana has found another partner so quickly!

Caffa was formerly paired with Justine Scache in Juniors representing France:

If they are pairing, Elliana is likely going to try and skate for France perhaps? I don't see why USFS wouldn't reasonabley release her. US has so much depth, it might be more difficult climbing the mountain here. Caffa is apparently 19. Elliana is 20.

It seems like Arnaud left Novi from the goodbye posts from those training there, so they may have just been skating together while he was there. I noticed in the photos that Aldridge and Eaton were in Novi. Has Pasquale made the move there or have they switched to Igor?

Aldridge & Eaton are signed up under Camerlengo for the Chesapeake Open this month. He is confirmed to be working with Igor (via Krylova's recent interview).

Right. There's no confirmation they are pairing. Elliana's post focuses on her determination and passion. In regard to posting a video of herself skating with Caffa, the written message is fairly cryptic
