I call this very good news. The Louisiana State Police and Bossier City Police made 32 arrests and seized drugs which consisted of Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Clonazepam and Cocaine.

Bit of a **** storm in Hawaii. A suspect in a cold case murder committed suicide after being swabbed. The swab that came back positive. The controversy surrounds the police decision not to charge him right away. That is what the police apparently did back in 1997 when they arrested three men for the crime. All were convicted but two had their convictions reversed but the third died in prison. Now they all appear to have been innocent.

I remember the crossbow murder that happened 37 years ago in Ottawa Canada and it was horrifying. In this case severe mental illness definitely played a role and our police/hospital would likely never do this again .. but horribly tragic. .

For non-Canadians - in Canada we have the young offenders act - which means name, identity is protected and young offenders are treated very differently in the court system.
