The driver responsible for the Humboldt crash is fighting deportation. He is appealing on compassionate grounds because he does not want to be separated from his family. Part of his punishment was to be deported but that has yet to happen.

Apparently, they found material on a cell phone that could put him in prison for decades.

So……a new book about the Idaho v. Kohberger case makes this claim about a key piece of evidence.

If this is true, then I’m vindicated in my opinion that it was WAY better than Kohberger pled guilty and got life without parole.
