Last competition, on my 1f< (that has the same base value as a loop), complete with negative GOE's I ended up with lovely 0.13 points. The base value for a < flip and loop is 0.40.

ETA Ok read it again. As you pointed out, Samohin's 1lo wasn't just underrotated < , it was downgraded <<. A downgraded single. Oh dear...
