Thanks for the good news update Gerry, just getting yourself upright after such a long time must be very difficult so it is very encouraging to hear of Lee's progress with the tilt table. Lee is progressing so well considering how very ill she has been!

Great update, Gerry! Lee's progress is fabulous and it's wonderful that you're finally able to take time away and work.

For my husband, it was about 7 months from when he started walking with help in residential rehab to when he could walk on his own without frequent falls. It was a hard period, especially when he came home and kept falling -- I felt I couldn't turn my back on him for a single second, and of course that was impossible, so... -- but it's shorter than what you've already lived through. It really sounds like she's turned the corner!
