The Olympic qualification considers those who win a medal or finish in the top 3 of the apparatus finals, excluding those that are from a country already qualified as a team.
This means that only 3 countries are in contention: Mexico & Korea in the Vault, but it looks they only need to finish top 5 to get those realocation spots for the Olympics. And in the case of Brazil Saraiva needs the same, to finish inside top 4-5 so she can get that olympic spot and go to Tokyo as the lonely brazilian female gymnast.
Saraiva already qualified for the Olympics based on her AA placement. Same with Alexa Moreno of Mexico. The only gymnast who earned an EF qualification spot for Tokyo is Yeo and she doesn’t need to have a specific placement in the EF because she is already in the top 3 on non-qualified teams. Therefore, the Olympic qualifiers are already decided.
ETA - Brazil is also highly likely to get a second entry from Pan Am Championships so Saraiva may not be the only Brazilian gymnast in Tokyo.
