My main reason of liking it was the plentiness of the cats. We had a panel discussion there, and when it started, a beautiful white cat jumped on the table right in front of me and stayed there till the end of the discussion. It was unique.

For those of you who follow Flaco, the Eurasian Eagle owl, he has abandoned his perch in the oak tree in Central Park (he escaped from the zoo 10 months ago) and relocated to the Lower East Side! There are numerous bird watchers as well as just fans who track his movements. I guess the Central Park rats just stopped suiting his taste...

According to the most recent updates from Manhattan Bird Alert, Flaco was lurking at an apartment on the Upper East Side, but was seen hunting near the Central Park Reservoir late this afternoon.
