I don't know what any of that means. Are you saying this was planned WITH Canada? If so, that just makes it weirder. This is why I only watch sports with glitter and questionable judging. Le sigh. This makes me long for the days of Abitbol/Bernadis. The Kovalevs have that workman-like quality that's present in a lot of second-tier US pairs skaters. This whole routine would be right at home in Midwestern Sectionals.

The GF just said she is not a fan of this team Due to the O-face.

Glad they had a decent showing but I just got nothing from that program

I feel like when it comes to the Olympics all singles and all pairs, teams and skaters should be able to skate their free programs with no restrictions. If you make it to the Olympics, you should be able to skate both programs.

DanTsi - 3tw - quite good; SBS 3s - landed!!!! Throw 3z - she wasn't gonna fall on that today! Lift - solid enough; BIDS - nothing remarkable but well done; step seq - kind of slow & doesn't really keep up with the beat; SBS spins - bit far apart & not great unison.

I'm so happy for them! After the season they've had & having to petition to make the Dutch Olympic team, to go out there and skate clean like they did is really fantastic! Let them into the FS!

Danilova/Tsibi skate too far apart but otherwise that was extremely well done. Looked like they had better speed than I remember.
