Sui/Han: First of all, I really like her dress. Too bad about the jump error. For selfish reasons, I wish they hadn't come back as I would have loved for my last memory of a competitive skate by them to be fabulous (like they used to be).

I just don't watch too carefully and pretend it's a new team.

She does seem happy to be here so that's what counts, I guess.

First time watching Sui/Han in the season... I just wanted to remember them at their best

China should really have invested in their younger athletes, making them comeback is absurd

There was a very nice young Chinese pair at 4CC who finished 4th, so hopefully they will make Worlds next year if not this year.

Good triple toes, but a split double twist? deep landing in the throw 3 loop she fought for it!

I think the lift lacked ice coverage and elements put back to back, composition not the best

Clean performance but I would put that even behind Rusmenians

The CBC commentators said that her injury earlier this season was the result of an accident on the twist, so I'm assuming that's the reason for the double.

Still though, they looked much better here than they did at 4CC, well done!

Good skate, and given the injury this season, and the limited number of competitions they've done well.

GoluGM - 2tw - that's not getting them to the FS: SBS 3t - good for them! Throw 3lo - nicely done; lift - nice; BIDS - her butt is so high getting down into the element it's highly unattractive; step seq - I really need Exogenesis to be banned from the sport for a few years; SBS spins - not much unison and obvious spacing issues.

Well, that went much better than 4CCs. They may very well make it into the FS even with a 2tw, which is a little embarrassing for the Olympics.
