Can’t seem to get a handle on how to quote. Re Nathan and Karen video, that IG user has the nasty habit of reposting without attribution. In the US SOI page, @TanithandBenFan claimed that was her video.
Nathan Chen's appeal spanned all demographics, and he skated like he was giving 200%.
Thank you, tanithandben! So many people have enjoyed your videos and I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts. How were you able to watch a rehearsal? I thought they were closed.
I agree, it's hard for the skaters to remember and recognize fans when they see so many people for brief moments. The Japanese fan is happy now that there's a photo of Nathan eating at McDonald's, wearing the Apple watch she gave to him.@livetoskate, I feel badly for that Japanese fan but I think it's a lot to ask of skaters for special acknowledgement because of an expensive gift?

Some people on twitter are having fun "guessing" the music... Sounds pretty legit, eh?The below silent fp clip posted by Chouinard is difficult to decipher. Nathan's fp is by Chouinard and M-F Dubreuil -- they are keeping the music a secret for now. I'm wondering what this is all about. It almost looks like kung-fu fighting.

Apparently he’ll be debuting his new SP there. Although it won’t be broadcast for some time.

ITA. He is one of the most exciting and artistic skaters around and to see him live either in competition or exhibition is a treat. Every time he has skated Nemesis since the Olympics, I feel like he has been skating it to "atone" for his prior errors. Tremendous emotional and artistic content! And he is just 19 years old. Looking forward to what may come.Anyone who believes Nathan to be "only a jumper" should watch him, here.
He's never seemed slow when I've watched him, live; especially as he has matured.

He does look a little bit slow in the Video from Dreams On Ice. His hair is a bit long too. It's summer. He's not slow in competition at all. It's just summer. Good for Nathan for letting go a little bit.I specifically said not slow. He just doesn't look as fast as some of the Japanese. That doesn't mean slow though. And I admit I have never seen him live. I have seen Hanyu skate live.
