Max is the ocean and Deanna is the little mermaid turning into seafoam? I really liked that. It felt a bit “first time out” today but I think it will be very effective with more mileage.

Big 3tw; SBS 3t+1a+2a? He was wonky on the first jump's landing and singled the second; SBS - well, she did a 3s and he did a 2s. I don't know if it was the camera angle or what but this first throw of theirs looked small and low; second one was great! Lifts and other elements were fine. What is up with the big O-face here, though? It really doesn't fit the music, nor does the kind of triumphant arms-up position for her with him kneeling on the ice - and all the way over in the corner.

This program is definitely not going to win them another World title this season unless other teams make mistakes. ConMac's Yentl is miles better. The music just doesn't go anywhere and is kind of just... there.

Strapless dress in ocean/water blues in swirls with lots of crystals and stones for Deanna; his shirt matches but one shoulder & sleeve is navy blue; and I'm trying to understand why he appears to have black pants instead of navy blue pants - like how expensive can a pair of matching navy blue pants be?

No, you're right - it was in their choreo seq. I'm looking at their elements order from John Nicks IPC and the pairs lifts are the later ones they successfully did today.

I do wonder if Danny was taken back to his bad fall with Chelsea Liu when she had to be assisted off the ice years ago. He was in a spread Eagle both times. It was very similar but this one they came out ok it seems.

They did 3 lifts at the end, so unless they changed one while the program was on it wasn’t…on replay no it wasn’t a pair lift

Both are blue but their costumes don’t really seem to match. Hers is sparkle explosion and his is gym bro at the bar.
