I thought they were all the same program just set to different music - he stood at centre ice, and occasionally picked her up, and she skated.

Agreed. I continue to wish that she'd found an amazing partner instead of been left out in the cold. Partnerships don't work sometimes, and throwing around blame at this point is silly. But what a sadness for her not to have had more of a career.

Ending a partnership is perfectly fine; it's the timing of it that made it very hard to warm up to Chock/Bates.

Didn't a handful of people get to see it at an untelevised/unfilmed club show or something, right before Evan's injury? I just remember the glowing reviews. It's the legend that never really was.

Yeah, there was a canton preview and there were like 30 people there including me, so the glowing reviews in question are totally mine. I just like to bring it up sometimes because
