A request to the fans!
As we all know Tiffany was very sick with a serious and nasty disease that has a 3-to-6-month recovery period.
Consequently, Tiff is not yet fully recovered but is determined to compete at Nationals.
With so little preparation time over the last 3 weeks due to the limitations of Tiff's continuing symptoms, it would be great if the fans in the arena could get behind Tiffany and Jon and make a lot of noise (the louder the better) to encourage them and help them make it through their programs.

Olympic figure skating gold medallist Dmitri Soloviev has been taken to hospital after being attacked in Moscow.
Soloviev had been with his girlfriend Anna Sidorova, a two-time curling European champion, and her friends in Moscow.
The 32-year-old reportedly intervened when three men made abusive comments to the group of women when leaving a karaoke bar.
Actually in most of his off ice photos he smiles. I have seen lots of those. He even smiles in the K/C (Sometimes). He just doesn't smile while skating, and that's fine with me. I think he looks better when he smiles.

That's simply not true. They showed plenty of audience shots and among the ones I saw with no mask were Aliev, Shcherbakova, Trusova, Galliamov, Tuktamysheva, Samodurova, even Valieva, and plenty of skaters with their masks not covering their noses for the picky policing types here.

The draw was like a runway. Each skater made his or her own fashion statement. Boikova was definitely the most original. But now that I think of it, almost everyone wore black. I wonder why.
