- feeling depressed and a state of depression is not the same thing.
- as to you "buying things at face value"... well, there is a lot less of "face value" in your assumptions of what is in Darya's head as far as trolling, then a foto of holding actual flowers in front of the rink.

other info in duscussion is that Darya already has 2 SP and FS programmes completed on Sambo-70 2018/2019 budget allocation, and is staying at Sambo-80/Krystalniy Rink, which means she probably will train with Tzareva (Pogo's trainer).

That would be good if she was with Tsareva. Tsareva has only Pogorilaya from senior ladies, and Pogorilaya probably won’t have very easy time either because of her back, so it is not as if there was many girls to compete with every day. Less pressure.

There was a rumor that Lavrenchuk and Vasilevsly left Plushenko’s academy and are now working with Tsareva. According to that rumor, Mikhailova and Samoilov also moved from Plushenko to Tsareva/Lavrenchuk/Vasilevsky.
But maybe they are just working on the same rink now.

I am a big fan of T/M, I really hope the move to Trankov works for them but I am glad Robin and Peter T are still involved. They got so much hate last year, which I felt was very unfair. IMO they are one of the few tops pairs where both skaters are of equally high ability.

I have lost count of the number of times I have watched their short programme from last season, for me it’s a real masterclss in Pairs skating. Wishing them all the best for the upcoming season.

Tarasova/Morosov are absolutely beautiful technically, visually, and in their lovely off-ice personalities. Their sp last season was gorgeous skating, but they have yet to make a palpable connection with each other and with the audience on the ice. Just because at their best they can give a technically and visually aesthetic masterclass in pairs figure skating, does not mean they hit all the boxes emotionally, and in terms of offering fully satisfying musical interpretation. Their fp music selection last year was just simply NOT right for them. Anyone who argues otherwise is kidding themselves. Sure they tried hard, and they stubbornly stuck with that awful program because the judges over-rewarded them due to their technical excellence reputation and their status as a couple who exemplify the beauty of pairs figure skating. Heck, they were even rewarded for that WTF program when they made egregious technical errors. So nope, I do not feel sorry for them. Fans hated the program, not Evgenia and Vlad. I want them to do better, and to pull out more from inside themselves.

No one can change who they are inside exactly, but I am hopeful that these two will be able to manage with their new team's help to select effective music and program concepts worthy of them, to project more, and to connect with each other more in a genuine way on the ice. It will be sad if the emotional aspect of their skating continues to remain dormant, while they are simply knee-jerk rewarded for their beauty, their extraordinary promise, and their reputation for technical precision.

Kristian Kostov also was second at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest and the youngest contestant. I was very impressed by his performance.

Oh, interesting. Didn't she stop skating with Nikita Volodin because of injury? Hopefully she is fully recovered. Good for Alexei to try to continue with a new partner. I guess Aljona Savchenko set an example for everyone that it is not too late for a new partner even when you're 30 years old. ;-)

Will Ustimkina/Rogonov compete internationally this season? He qualifies as a returning split couple for GP based on 8th at 2018 Worlds with Astakhova. It's moot for next season, if they compete internationally this season.

Well she is not trolling and the flowers is for the Training Team/the Club, not just ET.. a) she is a very nice girl sweet polite etc.. b) due to a number of circumstances Darya will probably remain at Sambo-70 club yet with another coach and she is not crazy to troll Eteri... c) in her post she thanks not just Eteri but other coaches and they had no problems. Hypothetically if Darya did "troll" she would only troll herself out of $50+ dollars spent on flowers with no desired effect.

Just rumors and discussions on the russian chats: people "from the local rinks" mentioning Ksenya with Novoselov (some deny it), and a girl named Elena Pavlova for Fedor..... none is confirmed or anything more than a discussion.
