That would be so unfair ... who will be left in the CONCACAF not to qualify. May be they could say the highest ranking host team that didn’t qualify through proper qualification can get the spot. In that way, if say USA and Mexico qualify through CONCACAF qualifier then Canada qualifies gets the host. If it is just Mexico that qualifies through regular qualifier, then the highest ranking of USA or Canada gets the host spot. If all three qualifies through regular qualifier, then the spot return to CONCANAF.

I think it will depend on where the score is in the 2nd half. If it is all equal come the 60 or so min mark Salah could come on.
