I want a new team to root for but there really aren't any true underdogs left, are there? None of the teams left have really excited me either. (Not that Germany excited me. If they had played in a way that would have excited me, they probably would still be playing )

Maybe there'll be a break-through team in the next phase

What a seriously frenetic match! There were moments of brilliance and moments of inanity, but France deserved the win. It could have been different if Argentina had Aguero from the start, as Messi has continued to be mediocre and needed some help. Portugal and Uruguay have their work cut out to equal that match in entertainment value.
